Riding one of the best coastal drives in the world, Llogara Pass is an awesome experience. It is a high mountain pass on the Ceraunian Mountains rising to 1,043m above sea level which connects the Dukat Valley in the north with another coastal area, Himara, in the south. The road winding uphill to Llogara Pass is SH-8 road, a picturesque mountain pass overlooking the Albanian Riviera.
Llogara Pass sits at the height of 1027m and is nestled in the middle of the Çika Mountain range which is part of the Llogara National Park.
It’s situated in Llogora National Park, which covers an area of 1,010 hectares (2,500 acres) and protects the forests on the north side of the Llogara Pass between a height from 470 to 2,018 m (1,542 to 6,621 ft) above sea level.
