Day 2 – Baden Baden to Wolfach (50 miles, 84 km, 2 hrs)

After a big first day, today is very relaxed, with some great riding and options to add loops to the suggested route. You could take the morning to see Baden, have a later start – and then really enjoy the fabulous B500.

Day 3 – Around Wolfach (Optional rideouts)

Day three is time to relax a little and enjoy some of the sights around Wolfach or jump on the bike again and head out on some loops around the region.

Day 4 – Wolfach to Rottweil (82 miles, 133 km, 2:25 hrs)

Today is another relaxed days riding, continuing on the B500 and then leaving the Black Forest to spend the evening in the medieval town of Rottweil. If you would like to do more riding, you could even continue on to the end of the B500, just before the Swiss border and make your way back up to Rottweil from there.

Day 5 – Rottweil to Haldensee (162 miles, 261 km, 4:25 hrs)

Day five is a bigger day, heading north in the morning for a stop at the Castle Schloss Hohenzollern (19th century castle), before making your way cross-country to Lindau on Lake Constance and then into the Tyrollean Alps.

Day 6 – Haldensee to Affenhausen, via Fussen (71 miles, 115 km, 2 hrs)

In the morning you have the chance to go and check out the famous fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle, just out of Fussen, before ducking back into Austria and enjoying some of the best roads the region has to offer.

Day 7 – Return to Munich (105 miles, 169 km, 3:25 hrs)

Your last day is a relaxing ride back into Germany and on to Munich, with plenty of opportunities for a little extra fun, before you return the bike in the afternoon.
